I wonder about the legal side of relay agents selling someone else's information on their own premium rate lines. Is this legal? or is their no law against it? Is the information the same as the original vendors?
Is this a reliable source of information?

What about the copyrights of racing systems sold by relay agents, is their no law against this either?
I sense that a racing system would need to be modified only slightly to nullify any copyright laws, but is the system modified in such a way that we keep buying systems from the relay agent soley because they don't work after modifications?

Can we trust relay agents, or should we stick to our own methods?
Are some relay agents more reliable than others?
